Access procedure and time

1. Consulting the programme and registration request

The course programme is available on our website, where candidates can submit their registration request using the online form. Candidates who contact us by email receive the programme by email.

2. Application file

The candidate receives by email an application file to complete and return. This file is used to check the prerequisites, gather the candidate’s expectations and identify any adaptation needs, particularly in the case of a disability. If the file is compliant, we confirm by email that the application has been accepted, and the candidate confirms their registration.

3. Vocational training contract

The vocational training contract is sent to the candidate by email. Registration is final upon receipt of the signed contract and payment under the agreed terms.

4. Notice to attend

A notice to attend specifying the date, schedule, venue and practical information is sent to the trainee by email before the start of the course.

Access time

The estimated time between the beneficiary’s request and the start of the course is 15 days to 3 weeks, depending on available places.

As the training contract is concluded remotely, a trainee who finances their own training has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of signature. No payment is required before this period expires. At the trainee’s express written request, and subject to availability, the course may begin before the end of this period.

Accessibility for people with disabilities

Our courses are open to people with disabilities. The application file makes it possible to identify the candidate’s specific needs. Our disability officer then reviews with the candidate, by email and/or by telephone, the adjustments that can be put in place: teaching materials, assessment methods, organisation of training time, material conditions. If necessary, we rely on specialised partners (Agefiph, Cap emploi, MDPH).
